Bolton Group in Modena, Italy, seeks an Environmental Footprint Manager to lead emissions analysis, climate strategy, and sustainability reporting. You will quantify footprints across the group and shape policies with business units, coordinating audits and risk assessments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering is required.
• 4-5 years of climate-related project experience in large multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and LCA/PCF; familiarity with Scope 1-3 and ISO 14001, ETS, GHG Protocol, SBTi.
• Familiarity with Carbon Credits and decarbonization roadmaps.
• Proficiency in data analysis, sustainability reporting platforms, and supplier engagement tools (ECOVADIS).
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Quantify and analyze environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group.
• Design and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units (climate transition, water stewardship, sustainable sourcing).
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support sustainability disclosures (CDP, ESRS) and Science Based Targets.
• Coordinate environmental audits and risk assessments (GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB).
• Explore and promote new technologies or practices to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
• Engage with corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives.
