Bolton Group seeks a sustainability specialist to lead environmental footprint reduction and strategy integration across operations. You will quantify footprints, shape climate and water resilience initiatives, and drive reporting and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Engineering and 4–5 years of climate-related project experience in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 4–5 years of climate-related project experience.
• Strong knowledge of LCA/PCF and sustainability frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ETS, GHG Protocol, SBTi.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience with data analysis and sustainability reporting platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration and analytical mindset.

Mansioni

• Quantify environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group.
• Design and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support disclosures (CDP, ESRS, SBTi).
• Coordinate environmental audits and risk assessments (GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB).
• Engage with corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives.
• Explore and promote new technologies to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
