Bolton Group in Italy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager to drive environmental footprint reduction across strategies and operations. You will quantify footprints, shape climate and water resilience initiatives, and lead reporting and disclosure efforts.

You will collaborate with business units to design policies and roadmaps, coordinate audits, pursue continuous improvement, and stay current with GHG Protocol, ESRS, and CDP standards.

Competenze

• Experience quantifying footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste).
• Ability to design and implement environmental strategies with business units.
• Knowledge of reporting/disclosure standards (CDP, ESRS, SBTi).
• Familiarity with environmental audits and risk assessments.

Mansioni

• Quantify and analyze environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group.
• Design and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units (climate transition, water stewardship, sustainable sourcing).
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support sustainability disclosures (CDP, ESRS) and Science Based Targets.
• Coordinate environmental audits and risk assessments (GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB).
• Engage corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives.
• Explore and promote new technologies or practices to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
