Bolton Group seeks a Group Environmental Footprint Manager to drive sustainability across strategies and operations in Novara, Piemonte. You will quantify footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste), shape climate resilience initiatives, and lead reporting and disclosures.

You will collaborate with business units to design policies, roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement, using data-driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and 4–5 years of climate-related project experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and LCA/PCF.
• Familiarity with Scope 1-3, ISO 14001, ETS, GHG Protocol and SBTi.
• Proficient data analysis and sustainability reporting tools; able to engage suppliers.

Mansioni

• Quantify and analyze environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group.
• Design and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support disclosures (CDP, ESRS, SBTi).
• Coordinate environmental audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives.
• Explore new technologies to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
