Lever, Inc. partner company is seeking a Global Entity Operations Associate based in Italy. You will manage day-to-day corporate maintenance, ensure cross‑jurisdictional compliance, and support entity setups to enable international expansion as the business scales.

In this remote‑first role you will coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal and external providers, maintain accurate records, support audits, and drive scalable processes across multiple markets and regulators.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or another relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in international operations, project management, entity setup/maintenance, or compliance.
• Strong project management, organization, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations and corporate maintenance for global entities across jurisdictions.
• Track and coordinate corporate compliance obligations, including licenses, KYC, and governance.
• Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and required infrastructure.
• Source and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local providers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal and other teams on entity matters.
• Maintain accurate records and data to ensure audit readiness and process consistency.
• Assist audits and regulatory inspections; identify risks and improve processes.
