ZAPI GROUP in Soliera (MO) is seeking a Sales Account Manager – Electric Motors to drive profitable revenue growth and expand presence in target markets. You will manage relationships with OEMs, distributors and system integrators, proposing motor solutions and leading negotiations.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales in electric motors or related sectors, a Master’s in Engineering, excellent English, and willingness to travel up to 40% internationally. Fixed salary range: 55.000–75.000 €.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in electric motor industry.
• Master's degree in Engineering; 105/110+ preferred.
• Strong English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators and other key customers.
• Drive revenue growth through new business and expansion of existing accounts.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations on pricing and contracts.
• Manage RFQ/RFI processes and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
