ZAPI GROUP, a global leader in electrification, seeks a Product Manager to oversee the portfolio lifecycle and drive the product development roadmap across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, R&D and Operations. The role requires technical understanding, market insight and autonomous initiative within an industrial B2B context.

The ideal candidate will translate market needs into clear requirements, build business cases, and monitor performance while collaborating with global teams.

Competenze

• Experience in Product Management, Product Development or Business Development within industrial/automotive B2B environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Manage the assigned product portfolio lifecycle from opportunity assessment to phase out.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps with R&D, Sales, Operations and other functions.
• Gather customer and market needs and translate them into product requirements and development priorities.
• Develop business cases for new products, variants and initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and propose corrective actions.
• Analyze markets, applications, competitors and technologies to identify opportunities, risks and gaps.
• Support Sales and Business Development on strategic opportunities, product positioning, pricing and go-to-market activities.
• Contribute to cross-company portfolio analyses and initiatives.
