Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience managing digital platforms, cross-functional projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to connect business and technology and to engage commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international environments.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and business impact.
• Fluent in English and Italian; willingness to travel internationally.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI, CRM platforms, APIs or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate market requirements into actionable solutions for Costa's digital commercial platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Contact Center and IT to align priorities.
• Support evolution of Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the Common Reservation System.
• Define and maintain platform roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Oversee delivery with IT teams and external partners to ensure timely value realization.
• Improve user journeys across Costa's digital ecosystem and optimize commercial offers.
• Coordinate requirements and implementations with partner integrations and affiliates.
• Participate in strategic transformation projects and ensure business adoption.
