Costa in Genoa is seeking a Business Platform Project Manager to bridge business needs with digital platforms across international markets. You will shape roadmaps for Costa Extra, Web Affiliation APIs, and the Common Reservation System, while coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, IT, and partners.

You will translate requirements into actionable solutions, manage priorities, and drive platform evolution with a user-centered mindset, delivering measurable business impact in a hybrid work

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience managing digital platforms, cross-functional projects, commercial systems, CRM ecosystems, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to connect business and technology, acting as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders and a key interface with IT teams to drive platform evolution and business value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and fostering effective collaboration across international and cross-functional environments.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and proactive approach, combined with a strong focus on continuous improvement and business impact.
• Interest in digital platforms, customer experience and technology-enabled business processes.
• Fluent in English and Italian. Availability for occasional international travel.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Power BI, CRM platforms, APIs or Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement: Collaborate with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translate market requirements into actionable solutions and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Digital Platforms Evolution & Continuous Improvement: Support the evolution of Costa's key commercial platforms, including Costa Extra, our B2B portal for Travel Agencies, Web Affiliation solutions enabling API-based integrations with distribution partners, and the future Common Reservation System.
• Define and maintain platform roadmaps, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives and market needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Business & IT Collaboration: Act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, translating commercial needs into functional requirements and ensuring mutual understanding across stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery activities with IT teams and external vendors, ensuring solutions are implemented according to scope, priorities and timelines.
• User Experience (UI/UX) & Commercial Effectiveness: Improve user journey across Costa's digital commercial ecosystem, focusing on usability, content presentation, and clarity of commercial offers.
• Partner Integrations & Web Affiliation: Manage relationships with digital distribution partners and affiliate platforms connected via APIs and integrated digital solutions, coordinating requirements and implementation.
• Project Coordination & Transformation Initiatives: Participate in strategic transformation projects including the evolution of the Common Reservation System, supporting planning, testing and adoption.

We are looking for a Business Platform Project Manager to join our Sales Excellence team at Costa's Headquarters in Genoa, Italy.

In this role, you will play a key role in the evolution of Costa's commercial platforms, acting as a strategic bridge between international markets, commercial stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You will support the development and continuous improvement of strategic platforms such as Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the future Common Reservation System, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our trade partners.

Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement

You will work closely with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate market requirements into actionable solutions and drive alignment among stakeholders.

You will manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, balancing business value, platform evolution and delivery constraints.

Digital Platforms Evolution & Continuous Improvement

You will support the evolution of Costa's key commercial platforms, including Costa Extra, our B2B portal for Travel Agencies, Web Affiliation solutions enabling API-based integrations with distribution partners, and the future Common Reservation System.

You will contribute to defining and maintaining platform roadmaps, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives and market needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Business & IT Collaboration

You will act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, translating commercial needs into functional requirements and ensuring mutual understanding across stakeholders.

Working closely with IT teams and external vendors, you will oversee delivery activities, ensuring solutions are implemented according to agreed scope, priorities and timelines.

User Experience (UI/UX) & Commercial Effectiveness

You will contribute to improving the user journey across Costa's digital commercial ecosystem. Leveraging a user-centric mindset, you will help identify opportunities to optimize usability, content presentation, and the effectiveness of digital interactions, ensuring commercial offers are communicated clearly and effectively.

Partner Integrations & Web Affiliation

You will support the management and evolution of relationships with digital distribution partners and affiliate platforms connected to Costa through APIs and integrated digital solutions. Collaborating with commercial, technical and external stakeholders, you will coordinate requirements and support implementation activities.

Project Coordination & Transformation Initiatives

You will participate in strategic transformation projects, including the evolution of Costa's future Common Reservation System. Supporting project planning, testing activities, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up actions, you will help ensure successful delivery and business adoption of new solutions.
