BUCHI Laboratory Equipment is looking for a Digital Channel Manager to lead our global digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, AI search, and e-commerce. You will connect channels into one integrated approach, develop the team, and ensure investments deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and regional teams to drive campaigns and optimize the digital customer journey while ensuring ROI is tracked and communicated to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience with leadership exposure
• Broad experience across paid media, SEA, SEO, e-commerce, and digital platforms
• Experience managing digital budgets with ROI accountability
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI/LLM search
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (GA4)
• Strong analytical, people leadership, project and stakeholder management skills
• Ideal to have Salesforce experience
• Experience in international & multicultural environments is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Mansioni

• Lead and develop specialists across Paid Social, SEA, SEO, AI/LLM Search, E-Commerce, and Third-Party Platforms
• Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
• Own the digital marketing budget and optimize investments based on performance and ROI
• Drive paid media and organic search performance across key platforms
• Develop our approach to AI/LLM search visibility as customer search behavior evolves
• Work with the e-commerce team to improve acquisition, conversion, and the digital customer journey
• Manage our presence across relevant marketplaces, distributor sites, and other external platforms
• Partner with Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Translate digital performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
