Job summary

DNV is seeking a motivated student to join the Industrial Product Assurance team in Italy, supporting the Customer Care and Administration group in Milan/Vimercate. You will assist with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assignments, reporting to the Operation Manager.

The role offers exposure to an international technical environment, collaboration with global teams, and a monthly gross reimbursement of 800 euros plus meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme.

Responsibilities

• Support internal administrative activities and invoice checks, including verification of data and documentation.
• Support to the Customer Care Team for contracts preparation, contracts renewal processes and personnel qualification.
• Maintain and update relevant data, documentation and internal records.
• Contribute to office management.
