You will support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing matters, and draft a wide range of technology agreements, while building scalable tools using AI-enabled workflows.

You will monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value for the company. A law degree and in-house or firm experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Law degree and practical experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-border acquisitions with due diligence and post-completion integration.
• Advise on financing, capital matters, and equity plans.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and other agreements.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
