Bending Spoons in Milan (Italy) seeks a talented lawyer to shape our intellectual property strategy, manage a growing portfolio of inventions, and lead cross-border IP disputes and enforcement. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where AI-enhanced processes accelerate results.

Draft and negotiate IP and technology agreements, provide practical legal guidance on product decisions, open source issues, advertising and consumer law, and help build scalable legal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Shape our intellectual property strategy and build scalable processes.
• Manage our portfolio of inventions, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights across jurisdictions.
• Run IP disputes and enforcement with outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements while managing risk.
• Provide practical legal advice on product decisions, open source, intermediary liability, advertising and consumer law.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
