Fidia Farmaceutici in Abano Terme, Italy, is seeking a Global Corporate Communication Support to strengthen the Global Corporate Communication department.

You will manage communication assets and tools, support global projects and materials (leaflets, brochures, events, shoots), drive internal campaigns and content for intranet/newsletters, and help organize events and sponsorships with external providers.

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or Graphic Design.
• 1 year of experience in a communication role or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience in photo/video editing and content creation with Canva, CapCut, Adobe and AI tools.
• Full fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.
• Ability to learn, high accuracy, and strong teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Support execution of global communication projects and materials (leaflets, brochures, events, shoots, contests, ticketing, editorial plan, press coverage).
• Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute content for intranet, newsletters, and other corporate communications.
• Assist in organizing internal and external events and company activities (shoots, sponsorships, campaigns).
• Support management of corporate social media channels and editorial plans (graphics, video editing, photo) with external providers.
• Provide daily administrative support (invoices, sponsorships, contracts with external providers).
• Provide operational support for ad hoc communication initiatives and special projects.
