DTG Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction machinery projects across the civil works sector worldwide. You will coordinate design, procurement, delivery, and on-site assembly, working with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet client specifications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management for heavy machinery or similar systems, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems.
• Solid understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and heavy machinery assembly.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.
• Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
