Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management or project engineering experience in heavy machinery or complex product manufacturing.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in engineering departments, technical drawings, and shop-floor manufacturing processes.
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Management, or related). A Master’s degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex engineered orders from contract award through to manufacturing, assembly, testing, and final delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering, production, procurement, and quality to ensure alignment on specs and timelines.
• Manage communications with international clients and stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments on schedule and quality.
