Job summary

Generali Italia SpA seeks an early-career compliance professional to join the Compliance Governance & Oversight team. Based in Italy, you will analyze information from GBEs, support risk assessment, monitoring and reporting activities, and contribute to governance frameworks across the group.

You will review Compliance Plans and Reports, participate in thematic monitoring, and collaborate with colleagues across the global Compliance network to ensure consistent governance and effective

Qualifications

• Master’s degree level (BAC+5) in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or similar.
• At least one year of experience in compliance, legal or asset management/financial services.
• International professional experience.
• Proficiency in business English (spoken & written).
• Italian knowledge is a plus; knowledge of French and German is desirable.
• MS Office and Power BI familiarity; strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate information from multiple GBEs to support risk assessment, monitoring and reporting.
• Contribute to the review of Compliance Plans, Reports and governance frameworks across markets.
• Participate in thematic assessments and monitoring initiatives on compliance topics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global Compliance network and engage with senior management.
