You will translate complex policy into actionable insights for senior management, supporting advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement across policymakers, regulators and industry groups.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations or Social Sciences.
5-8 years of overall professional experience with at least 3 years in public affairs/regulatory advocacy.
Experience analyzing EU regulatory developments and drafting responses to public consultations.
Strong understanding of Italian and European asset management regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

Monitor legislative, regulatory and policy developments at Italian and European level, focusing on asset management, sustainability, capital markets, pensions and long-term savings.
Translate regulatory developments into concise insights for internal stakeholders.
Prepare analyses, position papers, briefing notes and internal updates for senior leadership.
Support development and execution of advocacy strategies with policymakers and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate interactions with industry associations and regulatory authorities.
