Job summary

Generali Italia SpA's ESG Governance Center seeks a Sustainability Governance Intern to support monitoring regulatory developments and drafting policies and internal regulations, ensuring timely feedback to client needs. The successful candidate will assist with ESG regulation monitoring, internal governance for the Board and Sustainability Committee, and SFDR disclosures.

Collaboration with Compliance, Investment, Client-Facing Functions, and Reporting teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with strong academic credentials in Law, Political Science, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations and internal regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Genuine interest in ESG issues and responsible investment practices

Responsibilities

• Monitor ESG regulations and assist with implementing solutions and internal regulations in compliance with law
• Assist ESG Team in preparing materials for the Board of Directors and Sustainability Committee on sustainability issues
• Support SFDR documentation for financial products and collaborate with Compliance, Investment, Client-Facing Functions, and Reporting teams
