Generali Italia SpA seeks a Data Protection Expert to join the Chief Compliance Officer function. The role centers on advising the business on data protection, performing DPO monitoring, and drafting reports for senior management across asset management entities.

The ideal candidate will have a law- or economics-related degree, 4+ years in data protection, strong English, and the ability to work autonomously in a complex environment. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is required.

Formación

• University degree in law, political sciences or economics.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1).
• 4+ years in legal or internal control with a data protection focus.
• Adequate knowledge of European and Italian data protection law.
• Familiarity with asset management internal control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory support on data protection matters, including DPIAs for the asset management perimeter.
• Perform DPO monitoring and draft operational reports for the perimeter entities.
• Draft DPO reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Liaise with Data Protection Officers abroad on privacy matters.
• Support global/local projects identifying data protection solutions.
• Assist in preparing training initiatives on personal data protection topics.
