Galileo Green Energy GmbH in Milan is seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen regulatory adherence across the group, reporting to the General Counsel. The role blends policy development with hands-on risk assessments in a dynamic startup environment focused on renewable projects across Europe.

You will build and monitor the compliance framework, deliver trainings, manage investigations, and advise senior management on regulatory changes, ESG governance, and responsible business conduct in

Competenze

• Master degree in law and professional certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in compliance management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in energy policy and governance.
• Hands-on experience maintaining compliance programs, policies, and controls.

Mansioni

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance framework, policies and procedures.
• Monitor effectiveness of compliance controls and propose pragmatic improvements.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits and manage follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations and project management to embed compliance.
• Advise senior management on regulatory changes and risks.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance training programs and awareness initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for shareholders and regulators in coordination with the General Counsel.
• Support internal investigations and documentation of findings with corrective actions.
• Maintain records related to compliance activities and report metrics to leadership.
• Support ESG topics and governance framework updates for investors.
