Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain. Fluent in English and Italian, you will collaborate with Product Leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to meet KPIs and drive cost-out initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain management.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategies for the assigned commodity.
• Integrate commodity strategies with Product Leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing objectives.
• Support New Product Development by driving supplier selection and supplier development.
• Partner with Product Leadership, Sales, and Engineering regarding the product strategy for the assigned commodity.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve Supply Chain objectives.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers to balance cost, quality, and delivery.
• Develop procurement initiatives to support cost-out programs, deflation targets, cycle-time reduction, and cash flow improvements.
• Leverage S&OP data to align and optimize supplier capacity with business objectives.
