Prudential plc seeks a senior finance leader to act as principal Finance Business Partner to Technology, guiding financial strategy and investment governance. You will drive planning, budgeting, and cost management to support growth and enterprise transformation.

You will partner with Technology leadership, deliver robust financial modelling, and ensure governance across the portfolio while mentoring finance teams and promoting commercial excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• ~15-20 years’ finance experience, including time in senior leadership roles.

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as the principal financial adviser to Technology leadership, shaping and executing financial strategy aligned to Group priorities, Efficient Growth targets and enterprise transformation.
• Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Technology.
• Cost Management, Efficiency & VCC Economics: Lead cost management and optimisation initiatives across Technology.
• Technology Investment, Transformation & ROI: Evaluate, prioritise, and monitor technology investments and lead business case assessments.
• Financial Governance, Risk & Control: Ensure strong financial governance, controls and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering: Act as a trusted business partner to Technology leadership and Group Finance.
