Haier Europe in Vimercate (MB) is seeking an FP&A Planning & Insights Lead to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reviews for a global industrial group.

You will coordinate cycles, deliver robust reporting, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor the FP&A group while adopting advanced tools like Excel, Power BI, and Oracle EPM to enable strategic decision-making.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of FP&A, Controlling, or Finance experience.
• Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting.
• Strong modeling, analytics, and performance management.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.

• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of executive-level reports and financial reviews.
• Drive budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes with consistency across scenarios.
• Partner with business controlling to support decision-making with ad hoc analyses.
