Fendi is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its IS&T Department and coordinate cybersecurity strategy across the Maison and Fashion Division. The role reports to executives and interfaces with global legal/compliance teams, offering exposure to a matrixed luxury goods organization based in Italy.

Key duties include defining the cybersecurity roadmap, managing governance, risk, and incident response, and ensuring secure design across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise across cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, and security architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise cybersecurity strategy into effective local execution.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the Maison cybersecurity roadmap in alignment with Group and Division priorities.
• Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor to the Maison CIO and key business stakeholders.
• Lead cyber risk assessments, maintain the local risk register, and drive remediation and risk treatment plans.
• Oversee Maison-level security operations, vulnerability management, incident preparedness, and response coordination.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded into business, digital, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives.
