Fendi, part of LVMH, seeks a Front-End Developer based in Rome to design, develop and optimize fendi.com and related apps. You will work with UX/UI designers and eCommerce teams to create new web interfaces, improve accessibility, and drive CRO initiatives for a premium brand.
You will collaborate with Media & Analytics and external partners to ensure high-quality customer journeys, tight deadlines and scalable code. Fluency in English is required for cross-functional teams.
Based at our HQ in Rome, this role sits within the Global Graphic & Digital team, part of the Communication Department, and reports directly to the Communication Graphic Manager.
The Front-End Developer will be responsible for the design, development and ongoing optimization of fendi.com, as well as related apps, landing pages and digital touchpoints. The role will support the creation of new web/mobile user interfaces and interactive applications for the Maison, working closely with UX/UI Designers, the eCommerce team, Media & Analytics and external development partners.
A key part of the role will also be supporting the management and implementation of website accessibility requirements, in coordination with the manager.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 35.000. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance. On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies. This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
