Fendi is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its IS&T Department and coordinate cybersecurity strategy across the Maison and Fashion Division. The role reports to executives and interfaces with global legal/compliance teams, offering exposure to a matrixed luxury goods organization based in Italy.
Key duties include defining the cybersecurity roadmap, managing governance, risk, and incident response, and ensuring secure design across projects.
Fendi is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join its IS&T Department. In addition to leading the cybersecurity agenda for the Maison, the CISO contributes to the Fashion Division Cyber Architecture & Expertise service, supporting architecture governance, technical expertise coordination, and the development of Division-wide security standards and blueprints.
The role requires close coordination with the LVMH local legal and compliance teams in the relevant jurisdictions, as well as with Fendi’s HQ legal and compliance team and other HQ functions, and offers significant exposure to an international, matrixed luxury goods organization.

This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance. On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies. This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
