Franke Group is seeking a Global Category Manager to define and execute the global category strategy and manage a multi-market product portfolio. You will work with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and regional teams to deliver growth and profitable solutions.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle ownership, portfolio optimization, and data-driven decision making. Fluency in English and Italian, plus willingness to travel internationally, are required.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Product or Category Management in an international matrix organization.
• Proven experience defining and executing global category strategies and managing international product portfolios.
• Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken; willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Define and execute the global category strategy and multi-year product roadmap.
• Own the global product portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional development programs from concept to launch and phase-out.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and portfolio recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and portfolio reviews; drive data-driven improvements.
