Job summary

UMGC Europe in Livorno, Italy seeks a Program and National Test Center Coordinator to serve as the on-site representative, delivering academic and administrative support, testing services and community outreach.

In this 50% FTE role, you will coordinate with Site Lead, regional staff, and military partners, manage CRM data, schedule activities, and ensure testing centers meet quality standards; occasional evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or foreign degree equivalent.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to pass background check and meet ILS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as advisor throughout the academic cycle.
• Promote UMGC services including hybrid classes and testing services at the site.
• Maintain and manage CRM data and communications with students and staff.
• Coordinate with Site Lead, regional staff, and military partners; arrange events and outreach.
• Ensure test centers and offices meet operational standards and prepare monthly reports.
