Bulgari seeks a Lead I.P. & Brand Protection Specialist to safeguard the company’s rights in Rome, Italy. You will manage the global IP portfolio, perform clearance analyses, and coordinate enforcement actions across digital and physical channels.

The role requires 3–5 years of IP/brand protection experience, with a focus on preventing infringements and supporting cross‑functional teams. On‑site, full‑time position in Rome offers strong career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of IP/Brand Protection experience in an international setting.
• Experience with trademark portfolio management and enforcement.
• Luxury industry exposure is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage global Intellectual Property portfolio (trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, domain names).
• Perform trademark, design and domain clearance searches and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and Legal teams on IP risk mitigation.
• Lead global anti-counterfeiting and brand protection activities across channels.
• Monitor infringements across marketplaces, social media, and domains.
• Coordinate investigations, seizures, and enforcement with authorities and external parties.
• Support litigation, oppositions, and cease-and-desist actions; ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage relationships with IP law firms, agents, investigators, and providers.
