Moncler in Milan is seeking a passionate Legal Intern to join the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Global HQ for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in October. You will handle all operative activities of the IP & Brand Protection office and assist with file management, case law research, and screening for new product names and campaigns.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree, are fluent in English, and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Competenze

Degree in Law.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
Good interpersonal skills, including motivation, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in team and alone.
Analytics skills, problem solving approach.

Mansioni

All operative activities of the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection office.
The management and archiving of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection file.
Case law research and pareristics in the field of Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, IT and Digital Laws.
In-depth study of new legislations/regulations.
Screening for new products names, pay off, adv campaigns, collections and alike.
The operative management of administrative files.
