Maison Valentino seeks a Head of Brand Experience to lead global initiatives, translating brand narratives into immersive experiences and elevating luxury storytelling across markets.

Based in Milano, the role partners with the CMO, regional teams and external partners to develop seasonal frameworks, activation concepts, and client engagements that strengthen the Maison’s image and community.

Competenze

• 7+ years in luxury/brand experience or activations.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into immersive experiences.
• Strong hospitality, culture sensitivity and client engagement.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop global Brand Experience initiatives across markets.
• Create experiential concepts aligned with seasonal narratives.
• Lead activation formats and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Retail, VM, CRM, and partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and cross-regional teams.
• Mentor Brand Experience team and track impact.
