Job summary
TE Connectivity seeks a Manager, Project Management Digital Solutions to drive AI-enabled transformation across the Global Automotive PMO. You will lead adoption of digital solutions, coordinate regional initiatives, and deliver measurable efficiency gains while ensuring governance and data security.
You will develop the roadmap, translate business needs into requirements with IT/Data functions, and build a global community that shares best practices and accelerates adoption of AI-driven
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Business, Data, project management or related field.
- Significant experience in project/program management within a global, complex, matrix organization.
- Proven success in shaping and delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience in digital or business transformation, analytics, AI, consulting, or technology-driven roles.
- Practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, automation, data and cloud concepts.
- Strong change-management capability with stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement and digital solutions across the Global Automotive PMO.
- Develop and maintain the global AI and Digital Solutions roadmap.
- Identify and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation use cases.
- Oversee end-to-end evaluation, piloting, deployment and scaling of digital solutions.
- Translate requirements with regional PMOs, IT, Data, and business functions.
- Coordinate AI initiatives across regions for alignment and reuse of solutions.
- Partner with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and EA teams for scalable, secure solutions.
- Develop business cases and success metrics for efficiency gains and benefits.
- Drive process automation and digital workflow improvements in project management.
- Coordinate pilots and global rollouts with change management and user adoption.
- Ensure AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and their applicability to PMO.
- Own and enhance the Project Management digital platform and community resources.
- Deliver training and resources to strengthen AI literacy and digital capabilities.
