TE Connectivity seeks a Manager, Project Management Digital Solutions to drive AI-enabled transformation across the Global Automotive PMO. You will lead adoption of digital solutions, coordinate regional initiatives, and deliver measurable efficiency gains while ensuring governance and data security.

Why you should join

The Manager, Project Management Digital Solutions will lead the adoption of AI and digital solutions across the Global Automotive project management organization. The role will improve project execution, productivity, standardization, and data-driven decision-making by translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and coordinating initiatives across regions.

This position requires an experienced project, program, or transformation professional with a demonstrated track record of delivering AI-enabled or technology-driven change, improving business processes, and building alignment across regional teams.

The position reports to VP Global Auto Project Management.

For this role, compensation starts from 67.200 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills. It sits within a broader package that reflects the overall value of the role.

Your main tasks

• AI Enablement & Digital Solutions
• Develop, maintain, and execute the global AI and Digital Solutions roadmap for the project management organization, aligned with business priorities and the broader enterprise digital strategy.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation use cases based on business value, feasibility, scalability, risk, and user impact.
• Lead the end-to-end evaluation, piloting, deployment, and scaling of digital solutions that improve project delivery, productivity, and decision-making.
• Translate project management needs into clear business and functional requirements in partnership with regional PMOs, IT, Data, and relevant business functions.
• Coordinate AI and digital initiatives among regions to promote alignment, reuse successful solutions, share knowledge, and avoid duplicate development.
• Partner with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop business cases and define success measures, including efficiency gains, adoption, active usage, process improvement, and realized business benefits.
• Drive process automation and digital workflow improvements to reduce manual administrative work and increase project management effectiveness.
• Coordinate pilots and global rollouts, ensuring effective change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and user adoption.
• Governance and Responsible AI
• Ensure alignment with corporate requirements related to AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor emerging AI and digital technologies and assess their relevance and applicability to the Global Automotive project management environment.
• Knowledge & Community Platform:
• Own and continuously enhance the Project Management digital platform or webpage, including initiatives, tools, training modules, community resources, and links to relevant Global Automotive events.
• Build an active global community that enables knowledge sharing, cross-regional collaboration, and the reuse of successful solutions and leading practices.
• Develop and deliver training, coaching, communication, and practical resources to strengthen AI literacy and digital capabilities across the project management community.
• Foster collaboration across functions and regions to accelerate learning, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Your ideal background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data, project management or a related field is preferred.
• Significant experience in project and/or program management within a Global, complex, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience in digital or business transformation, analytics, AI, consulting, or technology-driven roles.
• Practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, automation, data, and cloud concepts.
• Strong change-management capability, with experience engaging stakeholders and implementing new ways of working.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders and collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and business topics into clear decisions, outcomes, and actions.
