Stellantis in Italy is seeking an After Sales International Operations Manager to oversee the performance of the Authorized Repairer network. You will manage KPI analysis, identify gaps, and define action plans to boost revenue, upsell opportunities, and service retention across the dealer network.

You will lead commercial policy, target setting with regional teams, coach NSC and field force, and ensure adoption of central programs and AI tools. Fluent English and Italian are required.

Competenze

• 7–10 years in dealer network or aftersales performance management.
• Master’s degree in economics or engineering.
• Strong KPI analysis and performance management.
• Ability to identify gaps and drive action plans.
• Solid commercial acumen (revenue growth and retention).
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead performance reviews and governance routines.
• Knowledge of tools and digital solutions adoption (e.g., AI).
• Fluent English and Italian (B2).
