ShopFully is seeking a Manager, Global Accounting to lead key accounting operations and ensure integrity of financial reporting across our multinational organization. You will drive month-end close, review journal entries, supervise the accounting team, and support audits and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across regions in a remote-first, hybrid environment, with a focus on scalable processes and onboarding newly acquired entities during post-merger integration.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2+ years of people leadership experience.
• CPA (or equivalent international accounting designation) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience leading month-end close, reporting, and consolidation.
• Experience supporting a global organization in remote/distributed work.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive change.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across entities to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee accounting operations, GL integrity, COA design, and ERP structures.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting and group consolidation schedules.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team and support audits and controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones for accurate reporting.
