Flipp, a global promotions platform, seeks a Manager, Global Accounting to lead month-end close, consolidate financial reporting, and ensure IFRS compliance across entities. You’ll guide the accounting team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Operations across time zones in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

You will oversee GAAP/IFRS reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support audits while partnering with leadership to scale finance operations

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2+ years of people leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, and developing accounting team members.
• CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Experience supporting a global organization in remote or distributed environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience improving accounting processes and SCPs; ERP implementations a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting across entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee accounting operations: general ledger, balance sheet, and P&L accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing coaching and development.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; support internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to support reporting and business initiatives.
