Shopfully is seeking a collaborative Manager, Global Accounting to lead month-end close, consolidate financial reporting, and ensure IFRS compliance across a fast‑growing, remote‑first organization. You will oversee accounting operations, journal entries, intercompany activity, audits, and cross‑functional partnerships with global teams to deliver accurate statements and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates bring CPA or equivalent, 5–8 years in accounting, and proven leadership in multi‑entity

Competenze

5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi‑entity environments.
CPA (or equivalent) preferred; IFRS knowledge required.
Experience leading month‑end close, financial reporting, and consolidations.

Mansioni

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
Supervise Accounting team across Balance Sheet and P&L; ensure policy compliance.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals; support audit activities.
Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls, and local GAAP reporting where applicable.
Collaborate with Global Finance teams to support consolidated reporting.
Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and scalability.
