ShopFully is seeking a Global Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, reporting, and consolidation across its multinational operations. You will oversee the accounting team, ensure IFRS compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to support post-merger integration and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes strong technical accounting, leadership, and remote collaboration across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes across multiple legal entities.
• Experience supporting a global organization in a remote or distributed environment.
• ERP systems and financial reporting tools experience is an asset.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting team across Balance Sheet and P&L, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting docs.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls, and accounting policies are followed.
• Support consolidation and local GAAP reporting across jurisdictions.
• Drive process improvements, scalability, and cross-entity coordination.
