Pebl is hiring an Account Manager to help companies hire, pay, and manage talent across 185+ countries from a fully remote setup in Europe. You will drive growth by managing accounts, crafting plans, and closing new business, while representing Pebl’s global work platform.

In this role you’ll build strong client relationships, coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success, and expand Pebl’s footprint across regions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of EOR/SaaS sales experience in mid-market or commercial segments.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and the hub city language is a plus.

• Build and grow your accounts with retention and expansion.
• Prospect with purpose using outbound and marketing campaigns.
• Hit and maintain revenue targets, forecasts, and pipelines.
