Job summary

Baker Hughes invites students pursuing a Master’s in Engineering (Computer, AI, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, or Mechatronics) or recent graduates to join our internship. You will gain hands-on experience across software development, AI-driven industrial solutions, and prototyping while being mentored by a buddy and manager to build your skills.

The program offers exposure to health, safety and environment culture, with potential flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in oral and written English.
• Be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer, AI, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, or Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Responsibilities

• Developing source code.
• Developing AI solutions for industrial and business applications.
• Prototyping, testing, and exploring recent generative AI technologies.
• Internship will require presence at the Florence campus.
