Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or STEM.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to support activities across different workstreams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the country without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global business leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in implementing a digital platform for test certificates.
