Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to use internal software for project work.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to ensure compliance.
• Support KPI governance for OTD, Quality, and Productivity at the Pro/Log level.
• Assist RCA/CAPA for PO placement and KPI identification for procurement and logistics.
• Engage with buyers and commodity leaders to improve PO placement and supply chain efficiency.
• Explore new AI possibilities and scenarios to apply across procurement processes.
