Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking engineers to build and industrialize AI capabilities that accelerate AI initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on developing GenAI accelerators, agents, and reusable solutions while integrating with key platforms and ensuring security and data management alignment.

You will implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows, while providing technical support to business initiatives and evaluating new AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
• Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices.
• A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
