Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to improve and scale an internal platform enabling engineering teams to ship faster with AI-powered workflows.

The role focuses on practical AI engineering, agent development, testing, evaluation pipelines, and developer tooling to ensure reliable, secure AI integration across repos. Strong scripting in Python and experience with AI agents are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in CS or related field.
• 3-6+ years as a Platform Engineer.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, and AI agents in production.
• Proficient with GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
• Familiar with YAML, JSON, and config-driven systems.
• Knowledge of authentication, secrets, least-privilege.
• Ability to write developer-focused documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI workflows across repositories.
• Design agent workflows for docs, testing, code quality, reviews, and security.
• Create prompts and multi-step interactions.
• Improve reliability and usability of agents.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
• Develop CLI/scripts for easy adoption.
• Maintain workflow catalog and integrations.
• Write clear docs and guides.
