Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack. You will work with client teams, lead design sessions, and create reusable patterns and accelerators for scale.

Responsibilities include architecture governance, RAG pipeline standards, multi-LLM integration, and programme-level observability. Collaboration with leadership and delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Production environments experience
• Experience deploying agentic AI in production
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent)
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs in production code (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI)
• RAG pipeline ownership: embeddings, chunking, vector DBs
• LLMOps: eval harness, prompts versioning, observability
• Cloud-native: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, IaC
• Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language
• Proven track record shipping three production agentic systems in four years
• People leadership: manage and develop engineers

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale
• Define RAG pipeline standards across engagements
• Set multi-LLM integration standards across providers
• Own LLMOps at programme scale
• Lead client engineering engagements at senior level
• Shape and publish reusable patterns and accelerators
• Own the measurement framework for agentic system quality
