You will translate client requirements into AI solutions, collaborate with senior colleagues, support pre-sales materials, and stay current with AI trends. The role offers a hybrid work model in Bari with health benefits and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Gen AI projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in core Generative AI technologies (RAG, Prompt Engineering, Observability, AI Guardrails).
• Experience with enterprise GenAI frameworks and platforms (LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, Langfuse).
• Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with AI-powered software development and code generation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions (ML models, NLP, CV).
• Translate client requirements into practical AI solutions with senior team support.
• Support client/stakeholder relations for requirements and validation.
• Contribute to pre-sales materials and client presentations.
• Stay updated on AI trends and apply knowledge to solution development.
• Help maintain best practices within the AI & Data Science team.
• Participate in AI projects, gaining autonomy in client environments.
