Qualifications

• Proven experience in Gen AI projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in core Generative AI technologies (RAG, Prompt Engineering, Observability, AI Guardrails).
• Experience with enterprise GenAI frameworks and platforms (LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, Langfuse).
• Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with AI-powered software development and code generation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Support the direct relationship with clients/stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution validation
• Supportpre-salesactivities, including preparing technical materials and contributing to client presentations
• Stayup to dateon AI trends andemergingtechnologies, applying knowledge to support solution development
• Contribute tomaintainingbest practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team
• Take part in AI solution projects, gaining hands-on experience in real client environments and progressively growing in autonomy

Requirements

• Proven experience in Gen AI projects.

• Proven experience in addressing AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance requirements throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow,PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Strongproficiencyin AI-powered software development and code generation tools.
• Extensive experience with enterprise software delivery practices and platforms, including source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
