DXC Technology is seeking an AI/Gen AI Solution Architect Expert to join the Analytics Offering in Milan with hybrid work options. You will own end-to-end AI solution architecture, guiding technology choices and serving as the technical reference for clients and delivery teams.

The role requires proven design and development experience in AI, GenAI, and multi-agent architectures, with leadership in LLM/NLP/CV solutions, scalable and secure systems, and collaboration with sales for presales

Competenze

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in GenAI development methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Advanced architecture expertise for end-to-end solutions and evaluating trade-offs (performance, cost, security).
• Strong expertise in multi-agent architecture and agent-to-agent collaboration patterns (A2A, MCP).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Problem-solving skills applied to complex, non-standard solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous update on emerging AI technologies and architecture patterns.

Job Description

DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers with innovative solutions and high added value in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics. The role owns the end-to-end technical architecture of AI solutions, guiding technology choices and acting as the key technical reference point for clients and delivery teams.
