Concentrix Italy is seeking an Expert Sales Manager with a proven track record in the BPO/Tech space to drive revenue growth and lead strategic sales initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and data-driven decision making across Italy.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work model and travel to meet clients nationwide. Salary offers 70,000–90,000 EUR plus bonus, reflecting expertise and impact on business growth.

Competenze

• Proven track record in sales management within BPO or Tech.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English speaking and writing level (minimum B2+).
